However, if your target market consists of teenagers, you need to lean more towards Snapchat and Instagram. Facebook’s algorithm loves original, informative content. It’s no use re-posting other websites’ articles and content that have been making the rounds. Your posts need to be original. Come up with your own brand strategy and create useful, informative, original content that fans will love. Remember, brand building takes time so don’t give halfway thinking that you’re getting nowhere.
Mistake #6: Not monitoring posts
Some posts simply do better than others. It’s your job to figure out which ones are loved more by your followers. That way you can start painting a picture of what interests your target audience and what type of content you should be creating. Posting blindly is a mistake made by many, simply because of lack of knowledge and investigation.
